To submit
applications for the Solicitation, you must first register
for the Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS)
at the DOE
e-Center. Applicants should register for IIPS at
least 14 days prior to solicitation closing date. Once
your application has been prepared in accordance with
the instructions in the specific solicitation, it must
be submitted in IIPS. Applicants are strongly encouraged
to begin transmission at least 48 hours in advance to
ensure timely submission in the event that transmission
difficulties occur.
